The problem

Before buying land in Maharashtra, people need to check the 7/12 extract, the real boundaries and who owns the neighbouring plots. That usually means visits to government offices, paper extracts and a lot of guesswork about what is actually on the ground.

Our approach

We combined the official plot boundaries from MahaBhuNaksha, satellite imagery from ISRO’s Bhuvan and the 7/12 records into one automatic cross-check. The buyer picks a district, village and survey number, or taps the plot on a map, and the rest happens for them.

BhuVerify is live, with packs for single buyers and for firms and agencies. Running it ourselves keeps us honest about what software needs after launch: payments, refunds, support and uptime.
